Copyright & IP Policy

This policy explains what Examii owns, what belongs to examination boards, how you may use Examii booklets, and how to check that a booklet is genuine. It applies to examii.my and to every Examii product, in print or as a PDF.

1. Who we are

examii.my is operated by I Do Too Service (registration no. 202403311573 (JM1015173-V)), Cheras, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("Examii", "we", "us").

2. What we own

Examii owns the copyright in all original material we create, including:

our worked solutions and step-by-step working;
our "Examii Insight" explanations and teaching notes;
diagrams, graphs, annotations and drawings we add;
the design, layout, branding, logos and version-verification system of our booklets and website.

3. What we do not own

Some products include or refer to examination questions written by examination boards, including Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Those questions remain the copyright of their owners, and we do not claim ownership of them. Where a product shows a board's question, the board's own copyright notice is kept on the page, for example "© Cambridge University Press & Assessment".

4. How you may use Examii material

If you buy or are given an Examii product, you may use it for your own personal, non-commercial study, under the Booklet Terms of Use in section 7.

5. What you may not do

Unless we give written permission, you may not:

copy, scan, photograph, upload, share or distribute Examii material, in whole or in part;
sell, resell, rent or sub-license it;
remove or change any copyright notice, logo, QR code or version marking;
use our solutions, explanations or design to create competing products, or as training data for AI systems.

7. Booklet Terms of Use

One student. Each Examii booklet is for one student's personal study. One purchase covers one user.
Printing. If you receive a booklet as a PDF, you may print one copy for your own study.
Not allowed: sharing the file or printed copies with others (including classmates, group chats, cloud folders and websites); reselling, photocopying for others or uploading to any platform; editing the booklet or removing its notices, QR code or version marking.
Schools and tutors. Classroom or multi-student use needs our written permission. Contact examii@idotoo.online.
Breach. If these terms are broken, we may end your right to use the booklet and take action under the Copyright Act 1987.

8. Exam board acknowledgement and disclaimer

Examii is an independent education provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Cambridge International Education or any other examination board.

Examination questions shown in or referred to by our products are © Cambridge University Press & Assessment (or the relevant board) and remain their property.

"Cambridge", "Cambridge IGCSE" and related names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe which syllabus and paper our solutions relate to.

Examii's worked solutions are our own and are not official mark schemes. Examination boards do not review or approve them.

9. Booklet authenticity check

Every genuine Examii booklet has a "Scan Me" QR code on each page. Scanning it opens examii.my/verify, which confirms:

that the booklet is genuine;
which version you have and when it was published;
whether a newer version is available.

If the page says the code is not recognised, your copy may not be genuine.

10. Report illegal copies

If you see Examii material being shared, sold or uploaded without permission, please email examii@idotoo.online or WhatsApp 018-355 0381 with the link or details. We act on every report.
